Warranty Statement

okiedog ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that our nappy bags and accessories (the “products”) are free from defectives in workmanship or material under normal and proper usage for the life time of the bags.  This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use or handling, neglect, extreme temperatures, improper storage or alterations to the product.   Normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of materials are also excluded.  The warranty is void is okiedog’s care instructions are not followed.
If one of our products fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part.
This warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property or any consequential damages of any kind.
In order to receive your free lifetime warranty you must first register your product with okiedog otherwise the normal legal  warranty period in the place of purchase applies.  To register the product please visit our website www.okiedog.com.  okiedog must be informed within 7 days of the discovery of any such defects.
The products must be send freight pre-paid to okiedog or the local distribution partner.  Do not return the product to the retailer.  Please note that depending on the country a processing fee may be involved.
okiedog will examine the products and inform you if a defect in material or workmanship exists.  In case a warranty claim exists okiedog will at its own expense and discretion repair or replace the products with the same or comparable product.

Garantieleistung

okiedog ltd. garantiert dem ersten Käufer das unsere Wickeltaschen und Zubehör (das „Produkt“) frei von Verarbeitungs- und Materialfehler sind.  Diese Garantie deckt keine Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Vernachlässigung,  extreme Temperaturen, Lösungsmittel, Säuren, normalen Verschleiß oder unsachgemäßen Transport verursachte Schäden ab.   Bei Missachtung der okiedog Pflegeanleitung oder Änderung an dem Produkt entfällt die Garantie.  

Sollte während der Garantiefrist ein Problem auftreten und dieses Problem auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler zurückzuführen sein, so wird okiedog nach seinem Ermessen das Produkt gemäß den hier angeführten Garantiebedingungen entweder reparieren oder ersetzen.

Neben- und Folgeschäden sind ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen. Die hierin gewährte Garantie ist auf den Wert des Produktes begrenzt.

Um in den Genuss der 30-jährigen  Garantie zu kommen, muss das Produkt bei okiedog www.okiedog.com registriert werden, ansonsten gelten die gesetzlichen Garantiefristen.  Sie müssen einen Garantiefall innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Auftreten des Defektes bei okiedog oder unserem Vertriebspartner melden. Für den Garantiedienst benötigen Sie den Originalkaufbeleg.  Reparaturen durch dritte Parteien machen diese Garantie ungültig.

Defekte Produkte müssen kostenfrei an okiedog oder den lokalen Vertriebspartner geschickt werden. 

okiedog wird entscheiden, ob ein Herstellungs- oder Materialfehler existiert oder nicht.  Gilt die Garantie, so wird Ihnen mitgeteilt, ob das Produkt repariert oder ersetzt wird.   Soll das Produkt ersetzt werden und dieses Produkt ist nicht mehr erhältlich, wird okiedog dieses durch ein vergleichbares Produkt ersetzen.

Diese Garantie gilt neben und zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechten.
