Warranty Statement

okiedog ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that our nappy bags and accessories (the “products”) are free from defectives in workmanship or material under normal and proper usage for a period of 12 months. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use or handling, neglect, extreme temperatures, improper storage or alterations to the product. Normal wear and tear and the natural breakdown of materials are also excluded. The warranty is void is okiedog’s care instructions are not followed.

If one of our products fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part.

This warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property or any consequential damages of any kind. The products must be send freight pre-paid to okiedog or the local distribution partner. Do not return the product to the retailer. Please note that depending on the country a processing fee may be involved.

okiedog will examine the products and inform you if a defect in material or workmanship exists. In case a warranty claim exists okiedog will be at its own expense and discretion repair or replace the products with the same or comparable product.
